Carrier

A carrier is an entity that transports goods, services, and/or people from one location to another. Carriers are responsible for safely handling items during transport and may use any combination of vehicles like trucks, ships, airplanes, trains, buses, and vans.

They make sure all necessary paperwork is completed before making a delivery. Aside from transporting goods themselves, carriers can also subcontract other carriers to complete their services.
